This agreement is concluded in cases when researchers who are Science Tokyo faculty members, etc., and corporate researchers exchange information that includes confidential information.

This agreement is concluded in cases when researchers who are Science Tokyo faculty members, etc., and researchers grant a license to a corporation, etc. to use research data acquired or generated for compensation.
【Precautions】
These agreements are agreements between Science Tokyo and corporations. Individual faculty members of Science Tokyo do not conclude agreements with corporations. In regard to conclusion of agreements, the Technology Promotion Section in the Center for Innovation Management concludes agreements, and not faculty members.
In cases when an agreement is required, contact a supervisor of industrial cooperation (or a faculty member).
